SECURITY ARCHITECTURE

Multi-Layered Protection Standards

Bank-Grade Encryption

TLS 1.3 enforced for all browser sessions with AES-256 data encryption at rest across databases and document repositories.

Resume & File Sandboxing

Uploaded candidate documents (.pdf, .docx) undergo automated deep antivirus and malware inspection in isolated sandbox environments.

Least-Privilege Access (RBAC)

Role-based authorization and mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) restrict candidate records strictly to authorized account strategists.

EOE & Labor Compliance

Zero-tolerance non-discrimination policies aligned with US Equal Employment Opportunity standards, FLSA guidelines, and visa compliance.

1. Cloud Infrastructure & Perimeter Security

PlexEra systems and candidate intake workflows are hosted on secure, isolated cloud infrastructure (AWS US-East and Google Cloud Platform) leveraging modern zero-trust network architectures:

Edge Protection & WAF: Managed Cloudflare edge proxies filter inbound traffic, mitigate DDoS attacks, and enforce strict Web Application Firewall rate limits.
Transport Layer Security: All client and candidate connections mandate HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption and HSTS headers.
Isolated Data Storage: Candidate resume files and enterprise requisition briefs reside in encrypted S3 buckets with strict bucket policies and private VPC gateways.

2. Candidate Resume Sandboxing & Ingestion Pipeline

When candidates upload resumes (.pdf, .docx) via our consultation modals or direct intake endpoints:

  • Automated Malware & Macro Scanning: Uploaded files are quarantined and inspected for malicious scripts, embedded executables, or anomalous macros before entering recruiter queues.
  • Metadata Sanitization: Hidden revision metadata, tracking tokens, and device identifiers are stripped from candidate resumes to preserve candidate privacy and prevent tracking.
  • Zero Public Indexing: Uploaded resumes are never hosted on publicly indexable URLs or web directories. Search engine crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot) are explicitly blocked from accessing internal document stores.
  • Secure Dispatch: Document payloads are routed directly to authorized partners via our centralized inbox at contact@plexera.pro.

3. Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE) & Regulatory Compliance

PlexEra is deeply committed to ethical recruitment and strict adherence to federal, state, and international labor standards:

EEO Non-Discrimination

PlexEra evaluates talent strictly based on technical capability, verifiable experience, and cultural alignment—without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or religion.

Work Authorization Compliance

Full compliance with US Department of Labor and USCIS standards, supporting verified W2, 1099, C2C, H-1B transfer, and TN visa protocols with rigorous I-9 verification.

4. Enterprise Non-Disclosure & Codebase Secrecy

Technical talent staffing often requires deep insight into enterprise software architectures, microservice blueprints, and proprietary product roadmaps.

All PlexEra recruiters, account executives, and interview coaches (including former Google & AWS tech leads who conduct our 1-on-1 mock coaching labs) are bound by rigorous, enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Client Assurance: Proprietary tech stacks, codebase vulnerabilities, sprint backlogs, and confidential engineering requisitions discussed during advisory sessions remain strictly confidential under bilateral NDA terms.

5. Incident Response SLA & Threat Monitoring

PlexEra maintains a proactive Incident Response Plan designed to detect, contain, and remediate potential security events with high urgency:

< 2hCritical Triage SLA: Suspected security anomalies or credential vulnerabilities are assessed by engineering leads within 2 hours.
< 24hRoot Cause & Containment: Full isolation and mitigation of the identified vector with verifiable audit logging.
< 72hMandatory Regulatory Notice: In the unlikely event of data compromise, affected candidates and enterprise partners receive direct, transparent notification within 72 hours in compliance with GDPR & US state notification laws.

6. Responsible Disclosure Program

We value the contributions of ethical security researchers and the broader cybersecurity community. If you discover a potential vulnerability or configuration issue across our web application or services:

  • Notify us immediately by emailing contact@plexera.pro with the subject "Vulnerability Disclosure: [Short Description]".
  • Provide reasonable detail, including reproducible proof-of-concept steps.
  • Allow us a reasonable window to remediate the vulnerability before public disclosure.
  • Refrain from attempting data exfiltration, privacy violations, or service disruption during your testing.
